Anyone in the world By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Alison_Cole]Alison Cole Phone headsets are electronic devices that plug into a phone on one end and hook around the ear on the other end, for a hands-free telephone talking experience. Phone headsets are a necessity for people who talk a lot on the phone. This is especially true for top CEOs of companies who use the phone as a marketing tool to expand their business. Most people before the over-the-head design that snaps into position and can be easily adjusted. The earpiece should fit in or over the ear comfortably. Some are equipped with a disconnect feature so that you can step away from your desk to get a file and then plug back in without losing the call. Phone headsets are very convenient and are easy to use. Ergonomically, they are great for your neck and back because they keep your neck free and your back aligned in a way to lend support you need. Your hands aren't tied up with a phone, so you are free to do other things. The sound is usually crisp and clear, and some come equipped with a noise-canceling microphone that filters out all other sounds around you. Phone headsets can be wireless or corded and can have monaural or binaural earpieces. Other factors include the type of phone connection used, as well as computer compatibility, noise canceling ability, and speaker power and plug adapters. Anyone in the world By Donald A Lust at first sight Do you know that there is nothing like love at first sight only
lust at first sight? I have often times heard a lot of people say
"We saw each other for the first time and fell in love instantly",
but it just doesnt happen the way they say it because I have
encountered people who after hearing this kind of talk, went
out hoping to find someone they would fall instantly in love
with and they end up after getting the person, pressurizing
them into early sex. Most of these relationships end up in the gutter. To groom a lasting relationship is not an instant thing,
to have someone truly say they love you genuinely is not and can
never be an instant thing. I see you're already about to put up an
arguement but hold on and Ill show you everything you need to know. Before one gets into a relationship, there is something called
the waiting period, and this is the period when one discovers
oneself and develop the ability to tolerate others. Relationships
have crumbled before our very own eyes, not excluding marriage
and part of us looses hope of ever finding that partner that our
heart tells us exist but our brain says its an illusion. The heart and the brain are in constant battle for supremacy; the
heart gives counsel that leads to heartbreak while the brain
gives counsel that leads to loneliness. From observation, Maturity and Acceptance have a lot to do with
success of a relationship. In order for you to successfully
navigate your way through life and stay together with your lover,
you need these two ingredients in your relationship. While I do agree that attraction is very vital in a relationship
between you and your lover, it is far from being the most important
factor when it comes to your creating a life long relationship that
you and your lover hope would lead to marriage. There is no love at first sight only LUST at first sight;
if you are one of those that believe in the former, then you
happen to be one that is either blinded by youth or a raging
libido. Its impossible for you to love some one you dont know
and respect and all of these take quite some time. From
experience, I would tell you that time is the most important
thing you can invest to have at least a 50% chance of success
in any relationship. Some relationships I have observed have companionship and
friendship as their bedrock and this can only come when you
and your lover know each other WELL. By knowing your lover,
their faults become a peculiarity that ultimately makes them
unique. While I was taking a cup of coffee one morning, I
overheard three young ladies sitting across my table discussing
their relationships. What drew my attention was the comment
one of the girls made, she said she has an uncle who told her
that he cannot go to sleep without hearing his wifes gentle
snoring!! She continued by saying that even when they are apart,
they talk to each other until the snoring commences. Sounds funny! Well we all have our various unique qualities we like in our
lovers and Ill advice that you just magnify those qualities
and accept the weakness in order to have a long lasting and
spiced up love life. Till next time, GOOD LUCK in your relationship Donald.A publishes Relationship and sex Tips, a fresh and

Anyone in the world By Lance Winslow Many an atheist and theologian have sat down for coffee to debate the reality of the biblical literature and the purported stories handed down by religion over the generations. The atheist will usually state the obvious and say it is but a false story. And the theologian will either take a complete literal interpretation of agree that some is indeed a matter of speaking and cite examples of interpretations, translations and various re-writes. Some Christians will yell and scream; Why should I believe it's a false story? Just because some guy named James Winthrop from Denver Colorado, says so? In over hearing just such a debate at a Starbucks Coffee shop recently, I chuckled as this debate is as old as the religion and its predecessors combined. The gentleman went onto explain; I am not saying you should follow me. I have no desire in controlling your life like those who wrote up all that poppycock and utter hokum to control the mindless masses. What I am suggesting is that you observe your surroundings and ask god to come visit your butt and when he does not show up maybe that might be a sign, not from god, but from reality. Of course this set off a firestorm in the Christian believers mind and so I moved closer and continued sipping on my Frappachino, knowing that one of these days I am going to have to put some more money on my Starbucks Card indeed. The Christian said; What proof do you have that it's false? Were you there? Were you living when it happened to say that these men "duped" us? The atheist, I am assuming maybe he was agnostic then indicated that he had no proof actually and said; None of course not but I did watch L. Ron Hubbard create a religion from scratch in the present period. And followers and believers are abounding. Infuriated the Christian stated; I find it very interesting that atheists fight so hard against something that they claim they don't even believe! Then I thought to myself you know from my perspective it seems that No, I think the problem is the constant preaching, witnessing and loud conversations at coffee shops and the incessant ridiculous non-ending, asinine comments that Hurricane Katrina was because god was angry or pray for this or the other thing? Indeed I do believe that is a form of mental illness. But the atheist or agnostic said; Why do you assume I am an atheist? Does you little mind wish so much to classify me, because I am unpleasant to you in some way? The Christian said; Well then; On the other hand since Christians are right, you have a lot more to lose. If you're ready to roll the dice, then that's your choice. The atheist or agnostic then stated; Sure that is a common BS comment from those who dont get it. But you have more to lose if you live your life in fear, guilt and for something else which does not even exist rather than living your life experience for all there is to offer; the pain, sorrow, joy and laughter and all that is. I have read your Biblical doctrines and works and all the others and to tell you the truth they are rather similar in nature the more of this literature you read. I do not refuse philosophical discussions. But you have not brought up anything I have not heard before. Do you think Christians and atheists will ever get along? Do you think they can agree to disagree? How can they live together with so much religious fundamentalism around? It seems there is such a large gap of separation one has to wonder what can be done if anything? Consider this in 2006. "Lance Winslow" - Online Think Tank forum board. Anyone in the world By Brian Bonito Thigh fat can be unsightly. Thigh fat can be a source of tremendous anguish. Millions of people are overweight. Fact: people, in general, are judged by the way they appear to others. Life can be cruel that way, which is why we our brains are hard-wired to believe that we need to be thinner and more attractive, and our obsession with losing weight grows bigger and bigger. The great part about shrinking your thighs is that number one, it can be done. And number 2 the fat on your thigh is connected to one of the largest muscles in the body. Your legs. And since your legs can be worked hard and often, losing thigh fat (and any fat for that matter) can be done quickly. If you have not begun, start your program with walking. A good brisk walk not only gets the oxygen flowing, it gets your leg muscles prepped. It allows you to slowly integrate bodys ability to do more physical activity. It stimulates your metabolism, which is what you need to lose the thigh fat you desire. Once youve been walking (I always recommend 20-30 minutes a day to start) for a while, you should notice an increased ability to do more. At this point find a place where you can do small step-ups. If you stairs in your own house, use those, nothing fancy here. The goal is to just make sure you do them. Try 20 steps alternating each leg. This should not be too taxing, but it will make those thighs work harder. You will begin to feel as if you can produce more results. Thats the trick for how to lose thigh fat, or any fat. Set yourself up for success by doing small things first. After several weeks prepping your thighs (and body) join a local health club and begin integrating the many leg and upper body machines into your workout regime. It doesnt matter how much you weight now. It doesnt matter how much weight you need or want to lose. It doesnt matter how many weight loss failures youve experienced in your lifetime. If you ease into a thigh reduction (weight loss) program, you can lose as much weight as you decide. Just get in there, head first, and give your best effort. Weight loss is a decision you make. You make it everyday of your life whether you realize it or not. The great part is once you do realize that the way you look and feel is completely up to you, and not some outside source, then weight loss and thigh shaping becomes so much easier! Make a choice and begin today! Get thin with your own underground weight loss VIDEOS. Plus a FREE

Anyone in the world By CD Mohatta Communication is the key to any relationship. With bad communication, problems crop up at unexpected places. This is a classical case. I am feeling very hurt because of what you said. When did I say that? Two days back. But I never meant that. I don't know what you meant, but it has been hurting me since then. Oh, I am sorry. I genuinely never meant that. Why did you not ask me then and there? I was very hurt to ask. Oh, I am very sorry. What you say can make a big difference to your relationship. How will the listener know what you mean? The listener only picks up your words and makes interpretation. Choosing right words while communicating is important. If you know about your partner's sensitivities about a subject, you have to be very careful while talking even in jest. Your tone has to be perfect and you have to be careful while speaking. You never know when you will hurt your partner's feelings. This communication care is very important if the relationship is already going bad and you wish to save it. Freedom in communication can be taken if you are sure that your partner understands you well and will not take any talk otherwise. In that case, you both behave like close friends, who speak their mind without bothering. If the relationship has not reached that level you have to be careful while talking. Loose talk can spoil a relationship. The author C.D. Anyone in the world By Gregg Hall North America has an ongoing battle with obesity. Adults and children suffer from complications related to obesity such as diabetes, high blood pressure, aches, and pains. Billion dollar company's continue to make billions by making diet pills, books, plans, drinks and people who suffer from obesity are willing to try just about anything for the sake of beauty and health. The gastric bypass procedure can be very expensive; it can also have many complications. But the big question for so many is, "Will my insurance cover a Gastric Bypass operation?" Gastric Bypass is a great procedure where the stomach is reduced to a small pouch. Many patients are only able to eat a few tablespoons of food per meal. This procedure is proven to be effective for obese patients. However this procedure would not be effective for a normal weighted person. To qualify for this procedure weather your insurance covers it or not you must have a body mass index (BMI) of over 40, which is 100 pounds over weight for a man and 80 for a woman. Serious health conditions caused by obesity can also qualify you for this procedure. If gastric bypass is deemed necessary then in most cases an insurance company will allow the procedure. If you have attempted weight loss by other means and you can obtain some sort of written record of your attempt from your doctor then your insurance company may allow this procedure to happen. Although Gastric Bypass is a great weight loss possibility it is also a very serious operation and with any operation comes risks such as postoperative complications like gastric disorders and discomforts. You need to know how your insurance company will handle your postoperative complications and expenses. Gastric Bypass comes with risks and you should be aware of these risks before any procedure but do not let the risks stop you from considering the operation. As always discuss all health problems with your doctor before any procedure so your doctor can tell you if the procedure is right for you. You should always be aware of the costs and insurance technicalities of any procedure; it may take time for a response from your insurance company. Gastric bypass is only intended for those with serious health risks or those who are extremely over weight. So please remember to talk to your doctor before considering any procedure. Make sure to ask your doctor about the side effects and postoperative effects for a gastric bypass. It is very important to speak with your doctor about the innovative gastric bypass procedure. Anyone in the world By Brad Nelson Reason #1: You dont make a decision to start. You can have hundreds of excuses, but it comes down to how big is your want to? If you want results you have to start. Why wait til tomorrow what you can start today?? DECIDE! Reason #2: You dont know what you want. Where are you on a scale of 1-10, 10 being as serious as a heart attack, about reaching your fitness goals? If your number is anything but a 9 or a 10, I will not work with you. Why, because you are not COMMITTED to doing whatever it takes to reach your goals. If you say you are a 1-8 that means you get it right eighty percent or less of the time. That means that you will eat when and what you want and not stick to a program. That is like a rocket scientist at NASA being sixty percent sure the left engine works on the spaceship we are sending to the moon. COMMIT! Reason #3: You dont make it a priority. Everyones biggest excuse is TIME. My question to you is what do you value? Do you value your health? Do you value productive energy when spending time with your family and/or kids? I would say that you cannot afford not to make time. By making exercise a priority in your daily planner you will not only have a sense of accomplishment by sticking to a regular routine, but feel more energized and less stressed when dealing with the daily ebb and flow of life. SCHEDULE! Reason #4: You have no one hold you accountable. When beginning an exercise program, I highly recommend working out with a friend or considering a personal trainer because on the days you do not feel like going that person will encourage you to remember why youre doing this. Having a training partner also keeps your workouts fresh and fun. ACCOUNTABILITY! Reason #5: You focus more on the scale (weight) instead of the tape measure (inches). Muscle is more dense than fat. Therefore, focus on the inches. Some of the fittest people look like they way twenty pounds less than they actually do because muscle can be deceiving. Also, you will probably gain one or two pounds when you begin to exercise because strength training promotes this. If the only thing you did was add one pound of muscle, you will ultimately lose five pounds of body fat within six months because muscle burns calories (fat) at rest and fat does not. FOCUS ON INCHES! Reason #6: You start exercising but you dont change your eating habits. Eating and nutrition comprise about 70% of the results you will obtain when it comes to changing the shape of your body. What you eat and when you eat it are equally important. American culture in general would have you believing that this is a difficult concept when in reality it is not difficult at all. CHANGE EATING HABITS! Reason #7: You follow the newest, latest, greatest technique due to media hype. Almost everything you see on TV is a waste of your time, money, and effort. If it sounds too good to be trueit probably is. If a supermodel is advertising the product, you will NOT look like him or her by just using this product 8 minutes a day!!! DONT GET SUCKED INTO INFOMERCIALS! Reason #8: You quit right before you are going to see results. In order to see measurable results, you need to stick with your new found exercise routine for 90-120 days if you want to truly make LIFESTYLE changes and maintain your results for more than a couple of months. The human body completely regenerates itself about every 90-120 days. COMMIT TO A 90-DAY PLAN! Reason #9: You dont eat breakfast. Youve heard it since you were old enough to listen: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In fact, a study done at the University of Massachusetts with 500 participants concluded startling statistics. You are 150% more likely to be obese by eating breakfast away from home, and you are an astonishing 450% more likely to be obese by not eating breakfast at all. Breakfast is a simple thing that can dramatically improve your fitness results and your lifestyle. EAT BREAKFAST! Reason #10: You dont drink water or you dont drink enough water. Water has many benefits. Your muscle tissue is about 75% water based. If you are dehydrated (and most people are), you will have more aches and pains than you really should have. When most people feel hungry, their body is usually telling them they are thirsty. Water also fights off hunger pains or will not allow you to eat as much food if you are drinking it diligently. DRINK WATER! Reason#11: You set your expectations too high. Lets face it, society places a major emphasis on results. However, what you just did to your body for the last 5, 10, maybe 20 years cant be corrected within 24 hours, a week or a month. Lifestyle changes take time to progress and become habits in your life. Be patient through the process and know that you are only going to have to go through the process once because you wont be on the latest roller-coaster diet. SET REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS! Reason #12: You dont switch your routine enough. Your body will hit a plateau because it will adapt to what you are doing. Therefore you will need to switch your routine around in order to continue to get the results you are looking for. This doesnt mean that you will always have to do MORE but rather work smarter so you are in control of your results. CHANGE UP YOUR ROUTINE! Reason #13: Youve read too many diet books and are misled on the topic of nutrition. Dieting is the most misused word when it comes to the world of exercise, fitness and health. With the United States leading the charge in the category of most unhealthy nation, we are bombarded with the latest do it in the next 24 hours fad diet that will help you lose 25 lbs in the next 2 days program. Dont overcomplicate what they would like you to think it really takes in order to change some habits. Using the word diet truly means what you are going to eat vs. what you are going to avoid. AVOID THE NEWEST DIET! Reason#14: You consume yourself with your program and you forget to have fun. Some of you get so wrapped in keeping an exercise journal, a food journal, and buying new workout clothes that you forget to be realistic about your approach to your new found self. Just remember that if you become too fanatical too quick you will more likely be on to the next best thing sooner than you think. You do not want your exercise routine to become a chore. HAVE FUN! Reason #15: You overcomplicate your routine. You have so many goals that you want to accomplish that you do too many things and spread yourself so thin that you dont see any concrete results. New found lifestyle habits are found through simple routinessomething that you can implement and stick to without too much deviation from your current flow of life. SIMPLIFY ROUTINE! Reason #16: You dont believe you can reach your ideal goals. Believe you can get there. Write out EXACTLY what you want and the keyWHEN you want it. Then break down your goals in weekly training goals and check them with a professional to see if they are realistic. You can get back to the shape you were in prior to kids, back as a high school athlete, or back as a high school cheerleader if you set your mind to it. Wherever the mind goes, the body will follow. BELIEVE! Reason #17: You dont seek guidance. Your new-found journey can be very intimidating. Set yourself up to win by talking to a professional that can help you set realistic goals but probably more importantly help you stay accountable. If you are not ready to be held accountable then you are probably not ready to truly go after your goals. SEEK PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE! Reason #18: You rely on some piece of equipment or a trainer to get you results. It is up to you and ONLY YOU to be responsible and accountable for achieving the results you are looking for. The equipment or trainers that help are there to guide, direct, and encourage you through the process. You are the only person who knows deep down if you are ready for this journey. ONLY YOU CAN ACHIEVE THE RESULTS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! Reason #19: You dont do any strength training, just cardio. You will not get the results you are looking for if you leave out any components of a successful fitness plan. Strength training has many benefits including burning fat. If all you did was add ONE pound of lean muscle you would burn FIVE pounds of fat over the next 6 months without changing anything else. Strength training will also boost your immune system, strengthen bones, and increase your self-confidence. STRENGTH TRAINING IS THE TICKET! Anyone in the world By Charles Sabillon The past two millennia has seen so much fighting in between Christians and Muslims, Muslims and Hindus, Hindus and Buddhists, and Muslims and Jews, that anyone would be driven to belief that the most vicious killing results when different confessions clash. However, history has seen so much brutality between people belonging to the same religion, that it becomes evident that the simple fact of believing in God is enough to propel individuals and nations into a killing spree. Inter Christian warfare during the Middle Ages for example, was so regular and vicious, that the Vatican had to institute in 989 the Truce of God, which forbade war during certain days of the week. Nonetheless, the good the Vatican did with one hand, was negated with the other, for it set inquisitorial tribunals that burned at the stake thousands of people. Because of so many abuses from Rome, some protested and Martin Luther led the way in 1517. This led to a schism within Christianity, which led to a more large scale inter-faith warfare. The first war between Catholics and Protestants took place in 1524 in Germany. The second was from 1529 to 1531 and the battles took place in Switzerland. The third was from 1546 to 1555 and it was again fought in German territory. Then, the battlefield shifted to France and from 1562 to 1598 there were seven wars in that country. By the end of the sixteenth century, the Protestants in the Netherlands rebelled against Spanish rule and more blood was spilled. Around that same time there was war between Catholic Spain and Anglican England, and from 1618 to 1648, the butchery returned to Germany as the Catholics of the south fought against the Lutherans of the north. People were not just killed in the battlefield, but they were also beaten to death, thrown from tall buildings, drowned, burned, and gouged. Catholics were particularly original in the arrangements they took before killing an opponent. They would cut their tongues so that their last words would not be a chant to their rebellious faith. Muslims were no different and brotherhood among them was also scarce. The death of Mohammed in Medina in the year 632 provoked a mayor crisis among his followers. As soon as he passed away, groups began to dispute over the leadership and this resulted in a schism, which led to the creation of the Sunni and the Shiite sect. Since that date, both groups took to killing each other with gusto. There were recurrent confrontations that caused an inordinate amount of horror and bloodshed. From the beginning, the Sunnis were the most numerous, accounting for more than four-fifth of the total. They were also the least radical in their interpretation of the Koran, while the Shiites were the most militant. Despite the relative liberal approach of the Sunnis, they committed as many unspeakable atrocities as the Shiites. Both camps tortured, stoned to death, hacked, decapitated, gouged, and impaled millions of their opponents. As with the Christians, the difference between Muslim sects was minor, but since each group was so certain to represent the one and only true God, it was impossible to find a diplomatic solution to their disputes. The most peaceful South Asian of the twentieth century was Mohandas Gandhi, who was a Hindu. However, he was killed by a militant Hindu in 1948. At the moment of the assassination, there was violence between Hindus and Muslims, but it was a member of Gandhis same creed the one who murdered him. As unbelievable as it might seem, the inter-confessional violence continues in the twenty-first century. It goes on in Iraq, in Northern Ireland, and in many other places. Religions are so intrinsically violent, that they will drive people to kill even when they belong to the same faith. It is beyond a doubt that religions are the scourge of this world and the opium of the masses. Charles Sabillon did High School in Texas and has undergraduate degrees in Philosophy, Economics and Law as well as a masters and a doctorate in International Relations. After the PhD, he undertook post-doctoral research in the fields of History, Economics, and Ecology. He has taught Economic History at a university in Switzerland and speaks fluently English, Spanish, French and German. For more information go to:

Anyone in the world By Virgil Aponte Recently I read an amazing article from Personal Trainer Tony Books Avilez of The Body House. Tony's an amazing author and trainer and made some excellent points about the power of the mind when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals. Many fitness experts fail to convey this to their clients or people that learn from them.
In fact Tony actually recommends that this is the first place you should start when beginning or continuing a health and fitness program. My favorite point is that of motivation in that many people say they don't exercise because they can't find the time. He talks about Donald Trump promising you 10 million dollars if you participate in a health and fitness regimen while still maintaining family and business obligations. In this case I don't think there is a person in the world that would not find time to exercise then. Do you? Tony goes on to say that it's not time that's a problem but motivation which made great sense. Also remember that in the short term and long term exercise will save you money and aggravation. Health costs associated with LOE (Lack of Exercise) only go up as you age and haven't taken care of yourself. With that in mind here is an excellent technique you can use right away to help you with the mental aspect of your health and fitness program: Create a vision in your mind of how you want to look or want to accomplish: For example how will you look when you lose 15 pounds or how will you look in those jeans you can't fit in anymore. And I really mean sit down, lie down or stand up somewhere, close your eyes and visualize how you will actually look. Here's a little story about how I visualized training professional athletes which was a big goal of mind for many years: I would just imagine getting off the train in the Bronx on my way to work at Yankee Stadium. If you've ever been to Yankee Stadium for a game you can feel a giant buzz of energy as soon as you get off the train because of the thousands of people there in anticipation for the days game. In this visualization there is no buzz because there are a lot less people. You see in this scenario I'm arriving at Yankee Stadium as the strength and conditioning coach and it's 9 to 10 in the morning. There aren't as many people and I'm just getting there to work with the players. I walk in to work and set up the exercise circuit I've prepared for the players and update their training logs. I think about talking to Derek Jeter and his tight hamstring and how we're are going to overcome it. I hope this gives you a picture of what I mean. You really need to think and imagine real life scenarios and they will come true. Remember your thoughts create your actions and actions create your reality. The funny thing in this visualization story is that instead of training the New York Yankees I ended up training the WNBA's New York Liberty Women's Basketball team. But all the other details were very similar. I'd get up each morning and go to Madison Square Garden or Basketball City (where we practiced) and set up strength and conditioning programs for one of the premier women's basketball teams in the world. I remember sitting in the trainer's room at Madison Square Garden chatting with All-Star and future Hall of Famer Teresa Weatherspoon about a recurring hamstring injury and how we were going to fix it. Turns out we took care of her hammy but the point here is that I really visualized all this before as I wrote earlier about Derek Jeter. Every time I think about the power of visualization I think about that very instant speaking with T-Spoon and that there is a great deal to be said about the power of your mind. So the next thing for you is to vividly think what you want to achieve and your mind will move you to that goal.
